Job SummaryTCS is seeking an experienced IFS Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO) Functional Consultant with expertise in implementing and supporting IFS PSO solutions. The ideal candidate will work with business stakeholders to optimize workforce scheduling, dispatching, resource allocation, and field service operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements related to field service operations.Configure and implement IFS Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO) solutions.Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.Configure scheduling rules, optimization parameters, dispatching, and resource allocation processes.Support integration with IFS FSM and other enterprise applications.Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and training materials.Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment,
