Epsilon Staffing Solutions has been mandated by an established engineering company specialising in machinery and equipment for the steel pipe and tube manufacturing industry to identify a suitable candidate for the position of Sales Manager.The primary responsibility of the position is to identify and develop potential pipe and tube manufacturing customers, understand their manufacturing and capacity-expansion requirements, and explore opportunities to offer appropriate machinery and equipment solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop potential customers engaged in manufacturing ERW, MS, GI, SS and other steel pipes/tubesMap pipe and tube manufacturers and generate current business opportunitiesMeet promoters, plant heads, production teams, purchase teams and other key decision-makersUnderstand customers' existing manufacturing facilities, capacity expansion and modernization plansIdentify opportunities for tube mills, pipe/tube finishing equipment, coil-processing equipment,



cutting systems and allied machineryPrepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and technical teamsManage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation and customer meetings to negotiation and order closureDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customersTrack new projects and capital-equipment investment opportunities in the pipe and tube industryTravel extensively for new customer developmentCandidate ProfileExperience: 6–12 yearsStrong experience in B2B / Industrial / Capital Equipment SalesExperience selling machinery, industrial equipment or engineering solutions to pipe, tube, steel or metal-processing companies would be preferredProven experience in new customer acquisition and business developmentAbility to understand technical products and engage with manufacturing customersStrong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skillsWillingness to travel extensively
