Role PurposeThe Executive Assistant / Manager – Strategy (Manufacturing) is a high-impact techno-managerial role supporting the Managment in driving manufacturing governance, strategic initiatives, financial oversight, and execution discipline across units.This is a strategic coordination role extending beyond conventional executive assistance. The incumbent shall function as:A structured execution enablerA manufacturing governance integratorA financial oversight support to manufacturing operationsA cross-functional facilitatorA calibrated escalation filterThe objective is to ensure disciplined execution, structured reviews, timely but critical escalations, and minimal operational intervention from the higher authority2.



Educational QualificationB.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Electrical or equivalent) – MandatoryMBA in Operations / Business Administration – Mandatory3. Experience Profile5-8years in manufacturing / plant operations / corporate manufacturing & supply chain strategyExposure to multi-plant operations preferred, cross-functional business leadershipExperience in preparing annual operating plan, capex tracking, civil factory infrastructure projects, digital & IIoT initiatives, vendor management desirable, sound knowledge of the product life cycle & product costing regimes
