Responsibilities:Collaborate with Tutors: Engage with tutors to understand curriculum, objectives, and assessment needs while documenting these discussions.Develop Worksheets, Homework, and Exam Papers: Create materials aligned with the curriculum and objectives while keeping detailed records of the development process.Coordinate Approval: Share drafts with stakeholders for review, documenting feedback and revisions.Schedule and Email Papers: Document exam schedules, distribution dates, and communications with students and tutors regarding assignments and exams.Monitor Examinations: Keep records of online exam sessions, including any issues encountered and actions taken to resolve them.Collect and Evaluate Responses: Document student submissions, evaluation criteria, and feedback provided.Maintain Documentation: Organize and store all records in the provided format, ensuring completeness and accuracy for documentation purposes.Additional Responsibilities:Establish Schedules and Hit Deadlines: Design and adhere to schedules for curriculum development and testing materials production.Work with a Variety of Stakeholders:



Collaborate with tutors, faculty members, and other stakeholders to create testing materials that meet the standards and requirements.Ensure Tests are Accurate and Error-Free: Conduct thorough reviews of testing materials to ensure accuracy and correctness prior to production.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in a science streamPrevious experience in curriculum development or educational material creation preferred.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.Proficiency in document management and record-keeping.Robust attention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with educational technology and online examination platforms preferred.Note:This role requires a candidate with a science background who can effectively collaborate with tutors, create testing materials, and ensure the accuracy and quality of assessments across various subjects.Job Type: Full-timeTimings : 12pm to 8pm / Monday to Saturday
