Job Description:

- Category Strategy & Growth

- Own and drive the overall plants category business including revenue,

- margins, assortment, and growth strategy

- Develop category expansion plans aligned with consumer trends,

- sustainability, and gifting occasions

- Identify new opportunities in indoor plants, premium planters, desk plants, air-

- purifying plants, and festive gifting

- Buying & Assortment Planning

- Manage end-to-end buying and assortment planning for plants and related

- accessories

- Curate relevant product assortments based on seasonality, regional

- preferences, and customer trends

- Introduce cutting-edge and premium green gifting concepts to improve category

- differentiation

- Vendor Management & Sourcing

- Identify, onboard, and manage nurseries, growers, and plant suppliers across

- regions

- Negotiate commercials, pricing, supply timelines, and quality standards with

- vendors

- Build scalable sourcing partnerships to support business growth and peak

- demand periods





- Inventory & Operations Management

- Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure optimal

- inventory and replenishment planning

- Monitor product freshness, wastage, damage rates, and fulfillment quality

- Ensure timely product availability across warehouses and delivery hubs

- Promotions & Customer Experience

- Collaborate with marketing teams for seasonal campaigns, gifting launches,

- and promotional activities

- Drive category visibility through curated collections and occasion-based

- merchandising

- Focus on improving customer experience, packaging quality, and delivery

- success for live plants

- Cross-functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with sourcing, warehouse, customer experience, and logistics

- teams for smooth execution

- Support new product launches, packaging improvements, and process

- optimization initiatives
