Position: Admission Counselor – Female
Industry: Preschool / Early Childhood Education
Location: Ireo skyon, sector 60 ,Gurgaon
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Salary: 20,000 - 25000 per month
Candidate Preference: Local candidates from Ghaziabad only
Training: minimum 10 days in Indrapuram

Job Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from parents regarding admissions, courses, fees, and school facilities.

- Counsel parents and convert enquiries into admissions.

- Follow up with prospective parents through calls, Whats App, and in-person meetings.

- Achieve admission and enrollment targets.

- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

- Conduct school visits and explain the preschool's programs and facilities to parents.

- Build strong relationships with parents and provide excellent customer service.

- Coordinate with the academic and administrative tea

RequirementsRequirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, business development, or a similar role.

- Candidates must have a sales background.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.





- Valuable command of English and Hindi.

- Target-oriented, confident, and presentable personality.

- Ability to handle parent queries professionally and convert leads into admissions.

- Only local candidates from Ghaziabad will be considered.

- Prior experience in a preschool/school/education sector will be an added advantage.
