As a member of the User Experience Design team at 7EDGE, you will have the opportunity to contribute to crafting seamless, intuitive digital experiences that address real user problems. 7EDGE is a Digital Product Engineering Company based in Bengaluru, India, specializing in modern applications with cloud-native services. **Role Overview:**- Work as part of a growing User Experience team to develop digital products that solve user and business problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user experience goals with business and technical requirements.- Lead user research activities and create wireframes, information architecture, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Miro.**Key Responsibilities:**- Conduct user and stakeholder research to identify product requirements and usability challenges.- Translate research insights into wireframes, user flows,



and interactive prototypes.- Develop transparent information architecture and organize digital content for usability.- Present design concepts and user journeys to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback.- Contribute to and maintain design systems while adhering to accessibility guidelines.**Qualifications Required:**- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or a bachelors/MCA/higher degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in User Experience Design across the full UX lifecycle.- Proficiency in user research methods, wireframing, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma.- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience applying inclusive design principles.- Ability to effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Understanding of UX processes from discovery to final handoff.In addition to the job role, you will report to the Manager I, User Experience Design at 7EDGE.
