- Handle AR follow-up for outstanding US healthcare claims.
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies/payers regarding unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims.
- Work on Hospital Billing and/or Physician Billing accounts.
- Analyze EOB/ERA and identify claim payment discrepancies.
- Follow up on denied, rejected, and pending claims and take appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update account status.
- Understand CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and claim billing processes.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Escalate complex payer issues when required.
