As a Senior Director of Software Engineering at JP Morgan Chase within the Enterprise Document Archive, you will lead the design, build, run, and scaling of our Cloud-based, purpose-built Document Storage Engine, managing the lifecycle of billions of business-critical documents at Chase scale. You will lead multiple technical areas, manage the activities of multiple departments, and collaborate across technical domains. or related field- Demonstrated experience in platform engineering with a strong background in configuring, optimizing, and monitoring runtime environments- Proven experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, Java, AWS, Kafka, and Jenkins- Demonstrated experience in scaling core platforms to support high query volumes (tens of thousands of QPS), with a track record of achieving 99.99% uptime and ensuring high availability across multiple regions- Experience developing or leading large or cross-functional teams of technologists.
