The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.The role involves contacting existing patients, scheduling appointments, following up on overdue check-ups, updating patient information, and providing a professional customer experience.Key Responsibilities
- Call existing patients to remind them about due or overdue appointments.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Update patient records accurately in the system.
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
- Follow appointment recall scripts and client guidelines.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate with the clinic team when required.
- Meet daily call and appointment booking targets.

Requirements




- 1 year of experience in customer service, tele calling, appointment setting, or healthcare support.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in the Australian shift.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn CRM/appointment software.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup.

Preferred
- Experience with Australian healthcare or medical clinics.
- Experience using CRM or appointment scheduling software.
- Healthcare BPO or medical call center experience.
