About the role

Join Deloitte as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer specializing in Netskope to lead the administration and optimization of enterprise security platforms with a focus on policy tuning and platform management.

Key responsibilities

- Administer and optimize Netskope CASB/SSE platform, managing security policies to enhance detection while reducing false positives.
- Support onboarding of users, applications, and cloud services across Netskope, CyberArk EPM, and Mimecast platforms.
- Integrate security tools with ServiceNow for incident, change, and request management alongside workflow automation.
- Conduct root cause analysis on platform issues and drive continuous improvements through operational documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with Security Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, and IT teams to enhance enterprise security controls and contribute to security architecture discussions.

Required skills and experience

- 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering or Security Operations with strong hands-on expertise in Netskope CASB/SSE administration.




- Experience managing CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager and Mimecast platforms along with proficiency in data loss prevention, endpoint, cloud, and email security technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize security policies including DLP, web, cloud, endpoint privilege, and email security policies.
- Proficient in integrating security platforms with ServiceNow for incident, change, and request management workflows.
- Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills coupled with excellent documentation and operational process development capabilities.

Nice to have

- Knowledge of Zero Trust Security, CASB & Secure Service Edge (SSE) implementations.
- Experience with cloud security architecture and identity & access management following least privilege principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Security and Microsoft Defender SIEM integration.
- Skills in security automation, REST API integrations, and scripting using PowerShell or Python.
