About the Role

Food Innovators is looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The role involves understanding client requirements, qualifying business opportunities, recommending suitable Food Innovators solutions, managing the sales pipeline, and converting qualified leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Qualify incoming leads based on client requirements, budget, project scope, and timelines.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable Food Innovators services and solutions.
- Conduct client discussions and effectively communicate our capabilities and offerings.
- Manage regular follow-ups with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate and updated lead information in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.




- Convert qualified opportunities into projects and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects.
- Track sales pipeline performance and follow up on pending opportunities.

Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG, food, beverage, or related sector.
- Robust experience in B2B sales and lead conversion.
- Good understanding of the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple prospects and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of the food industry will be an added advantage.
