Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM IST (US Shift)
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end US recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Managing client requirements and interview coordination
- Candidate follow-ups and offer closures
- Achieving recruitment targets
Requirements:
- 1+ years of US Staffing experience
- Robust sourcing and communication skills
- Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
