We are looking for a Manager FP&A; for Gurgaon Location.

Key Responsibilities

1. FP&A; & Financial Planning

- Own the annual operating plan, budgets, forecasts and rolling financial plans.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models covering revenue, costs, profitability, cash flows and business scenarios.
- Track actuals vs. budget/forecast and identify key business drivers and variances.
- Develop scenario models to support strategic and investment decisions.
- Partner with business teams to improve financial discipline and planning.

2. Business & Financial Analytics

- Build robust MIS and management dashboards for founders and leadership.
- Analyse revenue, margins, working capital, cash flows, customer/channel economics and other key business metrics.
- Translate business data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities and proactively flag them to the leadership team.

3. Cash & Working Capital Management

- Take ownership of cash-flow planning and cash management.
- Monitor collections, payments, working capital and liquidity.
- Build short- and medium-term cash-flow forecasts.
- Help the founders make informed decisions around deployment and allocation of capital.

4. Fundraising & Investor Relations

- Support the founders through fundraising processes, including financial models, investor decks, data rooms and financial analysis.
- Prepare investor reporting and regular business/financial updates.




- Develop analyses required for investor discussions, due diligence and strategic transactions.
- Work closely with founders and external stakeholders during fundraising and related processes.

5. Finance Infrastructure & Processes

- Help build and shape Solgram's financial infrastructure as the company scales.
- Establish scalable processes around budgeting, forecasting, MIS, reporting and financial controls.
- Work with the finance/accounting team to improve data quality, reporting accuracy and process efficiency.
- Ensure finance processes are aligned with applicable FOCC/compliance requirements and internal controls.
- Bring structure to financial data and reporting across the organisation.

What We Are Looking For

- CA / CA-qualified / strong finance qualified from a high-growth business environment.
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A;, financial planning, business finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance or a similar analytical role.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital.
- Experience with MIS, business analytics and management reporting.
- Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting or working directly with founders is highly preferred.
- Experience with e-commerce / quick-commerce / marketplace businesses is a solid advantage.
