Qualifications required:

Masters degree in Marketing / Operations with 4-6 years of Marketing experience, preferably in the Consumer industry (OTC or FMCG products)

Product Management Skills, Analytical Skills, Communication skills

Roles and responsibilities

Only for E-Com and Modern Trade in liaison with Marketing head of Division

Brand Strategy & Planning:

•Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans to meet business objectives, including brand positioning, messaging, and target audience definition.

•Define product portfolio strategy and optimize product mix to maximize revenue growth.

Key Account Management

•Build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs); own Terms of Trade (TOT) negotiation

•Manage monthly strategic discussions with key accounts on targets, visibility plans, sale/event planning,



and competitive intelligence

Consumer Research

•Drive consumer research and category insight to inform product positioning and hero SKU narrative

Pricing Strategy

•Recommend and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions.

Innovation & New Product Development:

•Identify opportunities for innovation and current product development based on market trends and consumer needs.

Regulatory & Compliance:

•Ensure all marketing and promotional activities comply with local regulatory guidelines for OTC products.

•Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure product claims and packaging meet industry standards.
