Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

- Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds
- Develop system architecture, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps that align with business goals
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability

Client Consulting

- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout implementations and system assessments
- Recommend Salesforce capabilities, third-party applications, and integration approaches that improve business processes
- Present technical concepts and architectural recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical oversight across multiple Salesforce implementation projects
- Lead architectural decision-making and maintain technical integrity throughout project delivery
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on Salesforce development best practices
- Support troubleshooting of complex technical issues and guide resolution strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with project managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to prioritize technical requirements




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment
- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution diagrams, and architecture documentation

Project Oversight

- Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing priorities, timelines, and client expectations
- Ensure projects are delivered with high quality, accuracy, and technical excellence
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and knowledge-sharing culture across the team

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and architecture
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
- At least one Salesforce Architect-level Certification
- Strong experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative automation
- Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Jitterbit
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, data architecture, integration patterns, and application design
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead complex Salesforce implementations across multiple teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
