Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Release & DevOps Manager to oversee Salesforce release planning, deployment governance, and environment management. The ideal candidate will drive efficient and reliable release processes, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and ensure seamless deployments across multiple Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage Salesforce release schedules across development, testing, and production environments.
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient, automated, and reliable Salesforce deployments.
- Manage sandbox strategy, setting readiness, and deployment planning to support ongoing development activities.
- Coordinate release validation activities with development, QA, and business teams to ensure successful production deployments.
- Monitor deployment activities, troubleshoot release issues,



and implement rollback strategies when required.
- Continuously improve release governance, deployment processes, and DevOps best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including release management or DevOps responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce deployment lifecycle, environment management, and release governance.
- Hands-on experience with deployment and DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Proficiency in Git branching strategies, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Copado Fundamentals (Preferred)
- Gearset Certification (Preferred)
