TLDR :
Company : MojoOnPC (YouTuber)
Role : Senior Live Event Producer (Unreal Engine)
Duration : Full-time (Mon - Saturday, 10 hours / day)
Location : Remote
Compensation : ₹95,000 per month base salary + bonuses
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Live Event Producer to lead the production of MojoOnPC's monthly flagship livestream events.
These are not standard gaming streams.
We are building large-scale, highly produced, interactive live events that combine gaming, creators, real-world environments, technology, competition and audience participation.
You will be responsible for taking these concepts from approved idea → fully executable live production.
The role is primarily remote, but each event may take place in a different location.
You will therefore be responsible for finding, hiring and coordinating strong local showrunners, production companies, crew and suppliers who can execute the event on the ground.
You will ultimately own whether the event runs smoothly.
Your Responsibilities
Event Development
Turn high-level creative concepts into executable productions.
For every flagship event, you will help define:
- Event format and structure
- Run of show
- Daily schedule
- Challenges and missions
- Audience-interaction mechanics
- Talent requirements
- Locations and sets
- Technical requirements
- Crew requirements
- Safety and contingency planning
- Production budget
Your job is to preserve the creative ambition while finding the smartest way to actually execute it.
Local Production & Showrunner Management
Because events may happen anywhere in Europe or internationally, you will:
- Source experienced local showrunners and production partners.
- Vet their previous work and capabilities.
- Build the local crew required for each production.
- Coordinate locations, permits, equipment, transportation and logistics.
- Brief local teams on the creative vision and production standards.
- Maintain clear ownership and accountability across teams.
- Ensure everything is prepared before Mojo arrives on location.
- Act as the central point of coordination between the remote team and the local production team.
You should be comfortable entering a new country or city and quickly figuring out who the best people are to make the event happen.
Live Production
Own the execution of the event from a production perspective.
This includes:
- Running rehearsals and technical tests.
- Coordinating talent and crew.
- Maintaining the production schedule.
- Making real-time decisions when things change.
- Managing communication between control room, showrunner, talent, technical teams and creative.
- Preparing backup plans for critical systems.
- Ensuring important moments are captured properly for both the livestream and post-event content.
These events are intentionally unpredictable.
We need someone who stays calm when something breaks and immediately moves toward the solution.
Budget & Operations
You will:
- Build and manage production budgets.
- Negotiate with vendors and production partners.
- Track costs against approved budgets.
- Find cost-efficient solutions without noticeably reducing production quality.
- Identify major financial or logistical risks early.
- Maintain transparent production documentation and timelines.
Who We Are Looking For
This is not an entry-level producer position.
We are looking for someone who has already produced complex productions and understands what can go wrong.
Ideally, you have experience in one or more of:
- Large livestream productions
- Reality television
- Game shows
- YouTube creator productions
- Esports broadcasts
- Experiential events
- Competition shows
- Live entertainment
- Multi-day productions
- International productions
Experience producing creator-led YouTube or livestream content is particularly valuable.
You Should Be Excellent At
- Taking ambitious ideas and turning them into executable plans.
- Building production teams quickly.
- Finding excellent local production partners.
- Managing multiple vendors and departments simultaneously.
- Creating detailed production schedules and run-of-show documents.
- Anticipating problems before they happen.
- Making decisions under pressure.
- Communicating clearly with both creative and technical people.
- Managing budgets.
- Working independently without requiring constant direction.
- Maintaining extremely high production standards.
What Matters Most
We care less about traditional credentials and more about whether you can answer:
Here is an ambitious live-event idea. How do we make it happen
And then actually make it happen.
You should naturally think about:
- What could go wrong
- Who needs to be hired
- What needs to be tested
- What happens if the technology fails
- What permits or insurance are required
- How do we keep hundreds of moving pieces coordinated
- How do we protect the creative vision without creating unnecessary complexity
- What needs to happen today so production is ready three weeks from now
Working Style
- Primarily remote.
- International productions.
- Availability around flagship-event periods is essential.
- Some travel may be required depending on the event.
- You will work directly with Mojo and the core creative team.
- You will manage local showrunners and production partners for individual events.
The role requires a high degree of ownership.
We are looking for somebody who does not simply execute tasks, but can take responsibility for an entire production and say:
I've got it.
What Success Looks Like
A successful producer in this role makes ambitious events feel organized.
By the time we arrive on location:
- The crew knows exactly what they are doing.
- The technology has been tested.
- Talent understands the format.
- Locations are ready.
- Challenges have been rehearsed.
- Backup plans exist.
- Costs are under control.
- The local showrunner is fully aligned.
- The livestream team knows the run of show.
- Everyone knows who makes each decision.
Then, when the unexpected inevitably happens live, you are able to adapt without losing the show.
To Apply
Please send:
- A short introduction.
- Your location/time zone.
- Examples of the most complex productions you have personally produced.
- Your exact role and responsibilities on those productions.
- Links to relevant livestreams, shows or videos.
- Experience managing local crews or international productions.
- The largest production budget/team you have personally managed.
- Your availability.
Please focus your application on what you personally owned and executed, rather than simply listing productions you were associated with.
