Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and solutions for clients.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior consultants within the team.
- Prepare and present reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
