Job Location - Hyderabad

Work Mode - Work From Office (WFO)

· AR Caller – PB/HB: 30 Positions

· AR Caller – DME: 15 Positions

Experience Required : 1–5 Years of relevant Healthcare RCM experience

For PB/HB

Candidates must have experience in:

· Hospital Billing (HB)

· Qualified Billing (PB)

· Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling

· Denial Management

For DME

Candidates must have:

· 1–5 years of DME process experience

· DME AR Calling experience

· Knowledge of DME billing and claims processes

Educational Qualification - Any Degree

Industry : Healthcare RCM – Provider LOB

Job Responsibilities

· Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for outstanding healthcare claims.

· Contact insurance companies regarding pending, unpaid, denied, or rejected claims.

· Analyze claim status and identify reasons for payment delays or denials.





· Perform appropriate follow-up and take necessary action to resolve outstanding accounts.

· Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups and account activities.

· Work on assigned accounts and achieve daily productivity and quality targets.

· Ensure adherence to process guidelines and client requirements.

· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.

· Maintain accuracy and ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims.

Shift & Benefits:

Shift: 9.5 hours between 5:00 PM and 5:30 AM IST

Week Off: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off

Cab Facility: Drop Cab available within 23 KM from the job location

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days
