Job Summary

Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Backend Executive to manage backend operations, data management, documentation, reporting, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data entry, record maintenance, MIS reporting, and operational support while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Documentation

· Maintain and update operational records, databases, and reports.

· Perform accurate data entry and ensure data integrity across systems.

· Verify, organize, and maintain physical and digital documents.

· Prepare and maintain reports related to sales, inventory, customer data, and operations.

· Ensure all records are updated and available for audits and management review.

Backend Operations

· Coordinate with various departments for collecting and updating operational information.

· Support day-to-day backend processes and administrative activities.

· Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely completion of operational requirements.

· Assist in preparing operational summaries and management reports.

· Maintain proper filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and information.

Reporting & MIS

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

· Analyze data and prepare reports for management decision-making.





· Track operational performance and highlight discrepancies or delays.

· Prepare spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports using MS Excel.

Coordination & Compliance

· Coordinate with store, sales, accounts, and other departments for smooth workflow.

· Follow company policies, procedures, and documentation standards.

· Ensure confidentiality and security of company data and records.

· Support management with operational and administrative requirements as needed.

Required Skills

· 3–5 years of experience in Backend Operations, Data Entry, MIS, or Administrative Support.

· Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

· Excellent data entry and documentation skills.

· Good numerical aptitude and calculation abilities.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Experience in retail, jewellery, FMCG, or similar industries.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently.

· Process-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.
