- Understand customer business objectives, challenges, and operational processes.
- Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable and commercially viable technology solutions.
- Recommend suitable technology solutions based on business value, scalability, security, and implementation feasibility.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering teams to design solutions for Web & Mobile Applications, Enterprise Software & SaaS Platforms, Cloud Solutions, Digital Transformation, Workflow Automation, and AI-enabled Applications.
- Support High-Level Solution Design.
- Support Functional Solution Documentation.
- Support Business Process Flows.
- Support Technology Recommendations.
- Support Client Presentations.
- Support SOWs, RFP/RFI Responses & Technical Proposals.
- Support Project Estimation and Solution Planning.
