Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales & Marketing Executive to promote our premium diamond jewelry collections and build strong relationships with prospective clients. The company will provide a qualified database of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospects, arranging meetings, presenting products, and converting opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers from the qualified database provided by the company.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.





• Schedule and coordinate meetings with interested customers.

• Present and explain African Carat's products and services effectively.

• Follow up on leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle.

• Achieve sales targets by converting prospects into customers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented mindset.

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer relationship management, or luxury retail sales will be an advantage.
