Hiring: Oracle HCM Technical Developer – Offshore (INDIA)
Location: Offshore / Remote (INDIA)
Work Hours: Must work as per US East Coast (EST/ET) hours

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Scheduled & event-driven orchestrations
REST/SOAP, ERP Cloud & SFTP adapters
Error handling, reprocessing & notification frameworks
Oracle Fast Formulas
HDL (HCM Data Loader) – Worker & Absence data
HCM Extracts & BI Publisher – Outbound integrations
FBDI – Oracle-to-Oracle processing
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, OTL & Absence Management
SQL, CSV, Pipe-delimited files & XML
Secure integrations using SFTP, PGP & OAuth
⭐ Preferred:
• Dayforce (Ceridian) integration experience
• Date-effective HR data experience
