What You’ll O
wn? Lead Engagement & Sales Conversion
- Connect with leads generated through Meta, Google, Justdial, organic channels, and other sources
- Have meaningful, consultative conversations to understand learner needs, interests, and goals
- Recommend the right music programs and encourage prospects to visit the centre




- Schedule trial classes and centre visits based on teacher availability and batch calendar
- Follow up consistently and convert bookings into actual visits and enrolment
- Own key funnel metrics such as Lead-to-Booking % and Booking-to-Visit

%.? Learner Counselling & Onboarding
- Welcome learners and parents visiting the centres
- Understand their requirements, availability, and course preferences
- Guide them towards the most suitable program and batch
- Coordinate with teachers and the Centre Head to ensure a smooth onboarding experienc

e.? CRM & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up records in the CRM
- Track daily activities, conversions, and funnel performance
- Ensure solid follow-up discipline and timely movement of leads through the sales funnel

What Makes You a Great Fit
- i1–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, counselling, customer success, operations, or other customer-facing roles
