Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused sales professional to drive business
growth for our client's vacuum technology and industrial solutions in India. The role combines
technical sales, customer relationship management, and project coordination to support
customers from initial inquiry through project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts while developing current markets.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
Conduct product presentations and customer visits.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.

Technical Support & Solution Selling
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Provide technical consultation and application support.
Work closely with customers to develop effective vacuum technology solutions.




Coordinate with engineering and factory teams to support customer requirements.

Project Coordination
Manage customer projects from order receipt to installation and final acceptance.
Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and Service
teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Identify project risks and take corrective actions when needed.
Provide regular project updates to customers and management.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support after-sales activities and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Gather market feedback and competitor information.

Reporting & Administration
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
Maintain accurate customer and project records in CRM systems.
