You'll help create an environment where different perspectives are valued and where people can learn new skills and thrive, unlocking potential across a truly global organization. **About the role:** **L5 People Advisory Role Organisation design and change** - Provide specific data support to HRBPs to arrive at people trends/ data driven insights Talent Management - Employee & LM query resolution - coaching, query resolution on ARC, P4G, Talent Review - Process support and advisory to employees & LM - Execution of talent review outcomes Capabilities & Development - Execution of leadership/ behavioural/ technical capabilities and interventions - Learning MIS / Training hours - Support external learning for HIPO Employees - Identify recurring manager capability gaps and feed these into capability planning (through P4G inputs)



ER/ IR & Compliance - Investigation & case management - Compliance audit & checks - ESG & BRSR Reporting for HR Pillars (in collaboration with the central HR team/ owner) - Support the Integrated Annual Reporting - Human Capital section by providing the data points, scripts and required sign offs (in collaboration with the central HR team/ owner) Hie to Retire process management - Project manage the interface with LM, TE and HRBP - End-to-end onboarding support (Buddy assignment, onboarding kit, day 1 employee connect, access card/ ID card/ Laptop support) - PIP process support - L4+ org announcement - hiring, moves, exits Engagement & Culture - Execute initiatives that drive cascade of purpose, operating model, and new ways of working cascade - Celebrate budget tracking & R&R; governance **Diversity statement:** Our purpose is crafting iconic drinks chosen for life's moments.
