You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation for a more connected, compassionate world. **About the Role** **Role Purpose** + Own the complete UAT strategy and execution for all O2C processes in S/4HANA, including credit management, collections, dunning, cash application, dispute management, and reporting. + Act as the quality gate between design and go-live. **Key Responsibilities - Build Phase (From Now - September 2027)** + Own the full UAT strategy for O2C in S/4HANA. + Design the test plan covering all 9 O2C processes: credit limit setup, credit hold/release, payment terms, collections and dunning, overdue monitoring, promise-to-pay, payment posting, cash application, and unapplied cash. + Write detailed test scripts for each process, including positive and negative scenarios. + Coordinate with S4 HANA project team on defect logging, prioritization, and resolution. + Execute and manage multiple UAT cycles. + Own the defect log and resolution tracking. + Coordinate integration testing with Customer Care, Record to Report, and Supply Chain teams. + Own go/no-go sign-off criteria for O2C at go-live. + Validate data migration results by reconciling MDT vs S/4HANA. + Support parallel run by comparing MDT output to S/4HANA output. + Produce UAT status reports for leadership. **Key Responsibilities - Run Phase (September 2027 onwards)** + Own the O2C KPI framework, including DSO, CEI, overdue %, auto-match rate, dispute rate, and credit approval turnaround. + Produce the monthly O2C performance pack for leadership. + Manage the O2C governance calendar, including monthly reviews, escalations, and audits. + Own SOX controls documentation and evidence for AR. + Coordinate month-end close with RtR and Finance. + Support process improvement initiatives with data. + Manage O2C budget and headcount tracking. **Required Qualifications** + 5+ years of UAT / system testing experience. + SAP O2C testing experience across SD / FI-AR / FSCM modules. + Experience in test strategy design, planning, and execution. + Knowledge of defect management tools and processes. + Experience coordinating with technical implementation teams. + Robust documentation and reporting skills. + Excellent written and spoken English. + Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** + S/4HANA testing experience, preferably in a greenfield implementation. + O2C domain expertise across credit, collections, and cash application.
