You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation for a more connected, compassionate world. **About the Role** **Role Purpose** + Own the customer master data migration from MDT SAP to MiniMed S/4HANA. + Act as guardian of data quality, ensuring every record is complete, accurate and validated before go-live. + Transition post go-live into the permanent Master Data Analyst role, owning ongoing data quality, customer creation and maintenance. **Key Responsibilities - Build Phase (From Now - September 2027)** + Define data migration scope, including all OUS customer records, credit limits, payment terms, dunning procedures, bank details, contact data and credit history. + Build the data mapping document from MDT fields to S/4HANA fields. + Coordinate with the MDT data team for extract and transformation activities. + Define data quality rules and cleansing requirements. + Identify and resolve data gaps, duplicates and errors. + Execute minimum two data migration test cycles. + Reconcile MDT source data to S/4HANA target with 100% match required. + Support data cut-over planning and rehearsal. + Own go-live data readiness and sign-off on data quality. + Document all data transformation rules and exceptions. **Key Responsibilities - Run Phase (September 2027 onwards)** + Own customer master data creation and maintenance in S/4HANA. + Load approved credit limits. + Maintain payment terms and dunning configuration by customer. + Monitor and resolve data quality issues. + Manage duplicate account identification and merge activities. + Validate customer bank details for refund processing. + Support audit data requests. + Maintain data quality KPIs. **Required Qualifications** + 5+ years of SAP master data experience. + Customer master data experience, including XD01/XD02 or Business Partner (BP). + Experience with data migration tools such as LSMW, LTMC or S/4HANA MDG. + Data quality management and cleansing experience. + Reconciliation and validation techniques. + Strong Excel and analytical skills. + Excellent written and spoken English. + High attention to detail and accuracy. **Preferred Qualifications** + S/4HANA data migration experience. + AR-specific master data experience, including credit limits, payment terms and dunning procedures. + Healthcare or medical devices industry experience. + Experience migrating between SAP systems.
