Role Definition Provides clerical and administrative support and relief of administrative detail for one or more locations. Responsibilities - Managing purchase orders and invoices for projects and daily operations. - Monitoring and maintaining supplies and inventory for one or more facilities. - Serving as first line of support for building service problems and work requests. - Assisting facility engineers and supporting maintenance and other related departments. - Demonstrating knowledge of and the ability to carry out strategies and tasks that support the mission and goals of the leader and the organization.
