Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and update course curricula for postgraduate commerce programs, ensuring alignment with academic standards and industry trends.
- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials both in‑person and via virtual platforms.
- Guide and mentor students on research projects, dissertations, and career development.
- Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum review committees, and accreditation activities.
- Engage in scholarly research, publish findings in peer‑reviewed journals, and present at conferences.
- Collaborate with industry partners to integrate real‑world case studies and internship opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and assessment strategies.

Essential Qualifications

- Bachlor of Education (B.ed) and Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field.




- Demonstrated expertise in one or more commerce specializations (e.g., Accounting, Marketing, International Business, Financial Management).
- Strong academic record with a proven track record of research and publications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
- Ability to use digital learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) effectively.

Desired Experience

- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at postgraduate level (PGT) in recognized CBSE Schools.
- Experience in curriculum design, academic administration, and student mentorship.
- Industry experience or consultancy background in commerce‑related sectors is advantageous.
- Evidence of successful research projects, conference presentations, or publications.
