Position Summary:

To support this mission, Syngenta’s Enterprise Application Team is seeking a ERP Senior Functional Analyst – Supply in Pune.

This role partners with Supply Operations to translate business needs into explicit functional requirements and solution designs for SAP delivery. The position focuses on SAP MM and intercompany processes, supporting enhancements and ongoing application maintenance in Agile/DevOps ways of working. Experience with SAP GTS is a plus.

Accountabilities:

- Partner with Supply Operations to capture, refine, and document requirements (e.g., user stories)



and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design and support SAP MM solutions (configuration, documentation, and functional guidance) aligned to business and compliance needs.
- Support end-to-end delivery activities including testing (unit/integration/UAT), defect triage, deployment readiness, and go-live/hypercare support.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and IT stakeholders; contribute to gap analysis and process improvement.
- Support incident and change delivery in an Agile/DevOps environment; coordinate with technical teams and external partners to validate scope, estimates, and outcomes.
