We are seeking a talented Architect with 3-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and a passion for creating cutting-edge and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop architectural plans and drawings based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and comply with regulations.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed architectural drawings and models.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.




- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and designs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
