Approx. Salary

1.8 LPA to 3.2 LPA

Salary will be decided based on the candidate's profile and interview performance.

- PF is optional for freshers.
- Candidates with previous PF experience are required to opt for PF.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Minimum 30 WPM typing speed
- Eligible: B.Sc., B.Com., B.A., MBA
- Not Eligible: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA
- Candidates currently pursuing their degree are not eligible.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in chat-based customer support
- Exposure to Healthcare, Insurance, or Managed Care processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools or chat platforms
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions through chat professionally and empathetically.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain CSAT/NPS, quality, and productivity targets.
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.

Benefits
- Two-way cab facility from designated nodal points within a 40 km radius.
- Last-minute pickup/drop requests outside designated routes will not be accommodated.
- Meals are not provided.
- One month of training will be conducted at the client site, followed by movement to production.
