Key Responsibilities

- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Tekton.
- Manage containerized application deployments using Docker and OpenShift.
- Configure and maintain Nginx for application routing, security, and traffic management.
- Manage application artifacts and dependencies using JFrog Artifactory.
- Support source control, branching, and release workflows using Git / Bitbucket.
- Perform QA validation, regression testing, and release verification.
- Provide production support, incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Monitor application environments and contribute to reliability and production-readiness improvements.
- Automate repetitive deployment, testing, monitoring, and support activities.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth releases.
- Contribute to AI-assisted automation for testing, monitoring, log analysis, and application support workflows.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, QA, Application Support, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Docker
- OpenShift
- Nginx
- JFrog Artifactory
- Jenkins or Tekton
- Git / Bitbucket




- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management.
- Experience supporting application environments and production releases.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive understanding of incident management and root cause analysis.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Agentic AI / AI-driven automation.
- Experience using LLMs for test automation, log analysis, troubleshooting, or support tooling.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools.
- Understanding of application performance and production-readiness practices.
- Experience automating QA, deployment, or support workflows.

Education

- B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
