We are seeking a skilled Consultant Oncoplasty Surgeon with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have expertise in oncoplastic surgical techniques and a robust commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform oncoplastic surgical procedures for breast cancer patients.
- Collaborate with oncologists and other medical professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups for patients.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and post-surgical care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case discussions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in oncoplasty and breast surgery.
Skills and Qualifications
- MBBS and MS/MD in General Surgery or relevant surgical specialties.
- Fellowship in oncoplasty or breast surgery is highly desirable.
- Strong surgical skills and experience with oncoplastic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients and medical teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple cases effectively.
- Knowledge of current guidelines and best practices in breast cancer treatment.
