- Application, Synthetic and infrastructure Monitoring using Dynatrace SaaS
- Use of Dynatrace to monitor/troubleshoot application s Performance and availability. Use of Dynatrace to set up alerting.
- Producing reports to meet application and infrastructure planning and management needs, on both a regular and ad-hoc basis.
- Providing advice and consultancy to management and technical teams on performance, capacity and availability matters, diagnostics and root cause analysis.
- Ensure that all relevant processes and procedures are adhered to

Qualification

- Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience monitoring domain
- Graduate of any discipline
- Knowledge on 'Python' language/Unix Systems
- Shell scripting knowledge (Desirable)
- Solid analytical and numerical skills
- ITIL V3 Knowledge
- Good knowledge on IT Infrastructure
