Outbound Sales Executive – VIAVEDA

Role Overview

VIAVEDA is looking for target-driven Outbound Sales Executives to convert leads through phone calls by pitching Puja, Chadhava, astrology consultations, and spiritual/astrological products.

The role requires understanding customer needs, recommending relevant offerings, handling objections, following up, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to VIAVEDA leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services/products.
- Pitch Puja, Chadhava, astrology consultations, and spiritual products.
- Explain benefits, pricing, and booking/purchase process.
- Follow up with interested leads until conversion.
- Handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant offerings.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/revenue targets.
- Communicate respectfully while discussing religious and spiritual services.

Candidate Requirements





- 6 months–3 years of telesales/outbound/B2C sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in regional Indian languages is highly preferred and will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented with solid convincing, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, and calling tools.
- Experience in astrology, spiritual services, e-commerce, fintech, edtech, insurance, or similar B2C sales is preferred.

Ideal Candidate: Confident, persuasive, multilingual, disciplined with follow-ups, and motivated by sales targets and incentives.

Primary Goal: Convert VIAVEDA leads into paying customers through relevant recommendations, effective follow-ups, and strong sales closing.
