**Position:** Talent Acquisition Intern
**Internship Duration:** 3 Months
**Work Mode:** Completely Work From Home
**Shift Timing:** 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

**Working Hours:** 7 hours per day + 1-hour break, 5.5 dys working, Sun fixed off, Alternate sat off.
**Stipend:** Performance-Based | Payable Upon Successful Completion of 3 Months

About the Role

We are looking for a **highly enthusiastic, energetic, and driven Talent Acquisition Intern** to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are passionate about recruitment, people management, and building a career in Talent Acquisition.

The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, communication, hiring strategies, and other practical aspects of Talent Acquisition while working in a completely remote environment.

We are looking for individuals who are **serious about their career, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of their work**. A casual attitude toward work is not suitable for this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Source and identify potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
* Screen candidates and assess their suitability for open positions.
* Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
* Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
* Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
* Work toward achieving monthly and overall hiring targets.
* Learn and implement new recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
* Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
* Contribute innovative ideas to improve the overall recruitment process.





Performance & Stipend Structure

The internship follows a **performance-based stipend structure**, which will be paid after successful completion of the 3-month internship.

* **10 joiners in 3 months → ₹10,000 stipend**
* **5 joiners in 3 months → ₹5,000 stipend**
* **More than 10 joiners → Additional incentives applicable**
* The stipend is linked to the number of successful joiners achieved during the internship period.

**Please note:** The stipend will be paid after completion of the full 3-month internship, subject to the applicable performance criteria.

Early-Bird Full-Time Opportunity

Selected full-time employees will also have the opportunity to continue with a **Work From Home arrangement**, subject to company policy.

Candidate Requirements

* **Qualification:** Graduate
* Candidates who are currently pursuing their graduation are **not eligible**.
* Excellent English communication skills are **mandatory**.
* Candidates must be **highly fluent and confident in spoken and written English**.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Highly enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
* Strong willingness to learn, improve, and grow.

Since this is a completely remote internship, candidates must have:

* Their **own laptop/computer** suitable for professional work.
* A **stable and reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection**.
* A suitable and professional environment to work from home.
* Availability during the assigned shift timings.
