Fletten is looking for a Social Media Manager who is creative, proactive, analytical, and genuinely passionate about digital marketing.

We’re looking for someone who can go beyond simply posting content — someone who can build social media strategies, create content ideas, manage campaigns, run paid ads, understand performance data, and turn digital activity into real business results.

What you’ll be working on

• Developing and executing social media strategies

• Planning content calendars and campaigns

• Creating ideas for Reels, carousels, posts and other formats

• Managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms

• Running and optimising Meta/Google ad campaigns

• Monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions

• Working closely with designers, video editors and content creators

• Supporting client accounts and presenting campaign performance

• Exploring new trends, formats and growth opportunities

What we’re looking for





• 2–3 years of relevant experience

• Hands-on experience with social media management and paid advertising

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads and digital marketing

• Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and content thinking

• Someone who takes initiative and ownership

• Comfortable presenting ideas and, preferably, appearing on camera

• Most importantly — someone hungry to learn and grow

Location: Calicut | Hybrid
