As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our AI solutions. As the primary point of contact, you will foster strong relationships, drive product adopt on, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the rapidly evolving AI industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding: Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring smooth integration of AI solutions into their workflows.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships, acting as a customer advocate and advisor.
Usage Optimization: Monitor engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance adoption and effectiveness.
Training & Support: Conduct training sessions and workshops on AI functionalities and best practices.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product teams for continuous improvement.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering,



and product teams to align customer needs with product enhancements.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present customer success metrics and reports to internal stakeholders.

RequirementsEducational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or AI sector.

Functional/Technical Skills:

Robust understanding of AI technologies and their applications in various industries.
Ability to analyze data and provide ac onable insights to customers.
Proficiency in CRM so ware and customer support tools.
