They create detailed schematics, perform critical power calculations, and ensure all designs comply with safety standards and industry codes for manufacturing, construction, or power distribution.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Design: Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, and single-line diagrams (SLDs).Calculations: Perform electrical load, voltage drop, short-circuit, and cable sizing calculations.Component Selection: Choose appropriate switches, breakers, panels, and hardware matching project requirements.Documentation: Generate Bill of Materials (BOM), Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and assembly instructions.Compliance: Ensure designs meet regional and global standards (such as IEC, NEC, IS, or UL codes).Collaboration: Coordinate with mechanical teams, project managers, software developers,
