Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Female Back Office Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, strong accounting knowledge, and fluent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and back-office activities.

- Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable.

- Perform data entry and maintain accounting records.

- Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and periodic reports.

- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

- Assist with billing, payments, receipts, and expense tracking.

- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and banks as required.





- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

- Support senior management with accounting and administrative tasks.

RequirementsEligibility & Skills

- A bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is mandatory.

- 3–5 years of relevant accounting/back-office experience.

- Fluent English communication is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

- Experience with accounting software/Tally will be an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

- Good organizational and multitasking skills.

- Qualified attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
