Experience

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across both frontend and backend technologies, with expertise in modern frameworks, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.

- Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.

- Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices.

- Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality software solutions.

- Design and implement RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

- Develop reusable, maintainable, and testable code.

- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.

- Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and data-protection practices.

- Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems.

- Write unit, integration, and automated tests.

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other stakeholders.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

- Monitor production applications and participate in incident resolution.

- Mentor team members and promote software engineering best practices.

Required Skills

Frontend

- Strong experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.





- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.

- Knowledge of frontend state-management frameworks such as Redux, Context API, or equivalent.

- Experience with frontend testing frameworks.

Backend

Strong experience with one or more:

- Java / Spring Boot

- Node.js / Express.js

- .NET / ASP.NET Core

- Python / Django / FastAPI

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Experience with API security, authentication, and authorization.

- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and distributed systems.

Database

- Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.

- Good knowledge of SQL, database design, indexing, and query optimization.

- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Redis is an advantage.

Cloud & DevOps

- Experience with at least one cloud platform:

- AWS

- Microsoft Azure

- Google Cloud

- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

- Solid knowledge of Git and Git-based development workflows.

Architecture & Design

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and SOLID principles.

- Knowledge of design patterns and clean architecture.





- Experience designing scalable and highly available applications.

- Understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.

- Knowledge of system design and distributed systems.

- Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS is a plus.

Testing & Quality

- Experience with unit and integration testing.

- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.

- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of code quality, static analysis, and secure coding practices.

Positive to Have

- Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools.

- Knowledge of GraphQL.

- Experience with WebSockets or real-time applications.

- Knowledge of serverless architecture.

- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture.

Education

The candidate should demonstrate excellent system-design skills, strong coding practices, troubleshooting ability, and the ability to provide technical leadership within a development team.
