We are looking for an experienced General Manager – QA/QC to lead quality assurance and control across multiple civil projects. The role focuses on ensuring ISO 9001 compliance, client requirements, and driving a culture of quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead QA/QC activities across 4–5 civil projects ensuring ISO 9001 and client compliance.
- Develop Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to project standards.
- Approve materials, vendors, and workmanship for compliance with specifications.
- Track, manage, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Train project teams on QA/QC procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all QA/QC activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; QA/QC certifications preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in QA/QC management in civil construction projects.
- Robust knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, quality audits, and documentation practices.
