Responsible for driving QA/QC strategy across multiple civil projects, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2015, quality benchmarks, and regulatory standards. Leads audits, implements CAPA, conducts quality reviews, mentors teams, and ensures zero rework across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA/QC strategy and processes across civil projects.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and client/regulatory standards.
- Lead audits, inspections, and quality review meetings.
- Track, manage, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and oversee Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Mentor and train project teams on quality standards and best practices.
- Drive zero rework initiatives and continuous quality improvement.
