Role Overview

We are looking for a UC Engineer with hands-on experience in RingCentral and enterprise Unified Communications (UC) environments. The role will be responsible for implementing, configuring, administering, and supporting RingCentral infrastructure and related communication systems for an enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, configure, and administer RingCentral UC/telephony solutions.
- Support enterprise voice, VoIP, messaging, video conferencing, presence, and collaboration services.
- Manage user provisioning, extensions, call routing, IVR/auto attendants, call queues, devices, and policies.
- Plan and execute RingCentral deployments, migrations, upgrades, and system changes.
- Troubleshoot voice, connectivity, call quality, and UC-related issues.
- Work with network and infrastructure teams on SIP, QoS, firewalls, DNS, and network connectivity requirements.
- Support integrations with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SSO/identity platforms, Active Directory/Entra ID, and CRM systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability, security, and reliability of UC services.
- Create technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and support teams on UC initiatives.





Required Experience & Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in UC, Voice, Telecom, VoIP, or related technologies.
- 2–4 years of hands-on RingCentral experience, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with RingCentral implementation, deployment, configuration, or administration.
- Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, IP Telephony, call routing, and enterprise voice infrastructure.
- Experience with UC administration, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Knowledge of networking concepts including QoS, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and firewalls.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale deployments and working with cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred

- Experience with RingCentral migrations or large-scale deployments.
- Experience integrating RingCentral with Microsoft Teams, SSO, Active Directory/Entra ID, or CRM platforms.
- Relevant UC/telephony certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in a global enterprise environment.

Target Candidate Profile

An ideal candidate will be a UC Engineer / Voice Engineer / UC Architect / Telecom Engineer / UC Administrator with strong hands-on RingCentral experience and a proven track record of setting up and supporting enterprise UC infrastructure.
