Key Responsibilities:
- Career Assessments: Administer and interpret career, aptitude, and personality assessments to understand students interests and abilities
- Individual Counselling: Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to discuss career goals, interests, and challenges
- Resume & Cover Letter Guidance: Assist students in preparing effective resumes and cover letters that highlight skills and experiences
- Job Search Strategies: Provide guidance on job search techniques, networking, and interview preparation
- Career Exploration: Help students explore various career options, industries, and educational pathways
- Education Planning: Provide information on relevant educational programs, training, and certifications aligned with career goals
