3-Innovate content formats suited for different learner profiles and platforms.

Leadership & Team Management

1-Build and mentor a high-performing team of medical writers, editors, and reviewers.

2-Establish workflows to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.

Academic Oversight

1-Oversee development of video scripts, MCQs, notes, and assessments.

2-Ensure medical accuracy, clarity, and relevance in all content.

Stakeholder Collaboration

1-Work closely with internal teams (Product, Tech, Faculty, Marketing).

2-Collaborate with SMEs and top medical faculty to maintain academic excellence.

Continuous Improvement

1-Analyze feedback, usage data, and academic performance to continuously refine content.

2-Stay current with curriculum changes, competitive exam trends, and clinical advancements.

Qualifications

1-MBBS (Mandatory) from a reputed institution

2-MD/MS or equivalent PG degree (Preferred)

3-Solid academic background in NEET PG, INICET, or FMGE.
