Job Title: Online Tutor ( Class 3rd to 8th All Subject )
Job Summary
The Online Tutor provides personalized academic support, helping students improve their performance, develop study skills, and achieve their goals. This includes one-on-one mentoring, tracking progress, and collaborating with faculty and staff to address academic challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students in study strategies, time management, and goal setting.
- Monitor academic progress and provide tailored feedback.
- Lead workshops on academic skills and resources.
- Collaborate with staff to support at-risk students.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelors degree in Education or a related field, mentoring experience, and solid communication skills.
- Preferred: Masters degree and experience in academic advising.
